Her name was Jin, and she was 17 years old when she came in sixth place at her school's graduation ceremony. When the host announced the top 10 winners on stage and read her name, Jin felt a strong sense of humiliation, for her, the sixth place should not have been there at all. In her world, there is no place but first place, and she was thrilled to feel that she had failed miserably, even though the report card was the envy of most of her classmates, and no one could understand how she felt.
